Secretary of the Chancellor
  • The secretary to the Chancellor provides professional secretariat and governance support to the Chancellor.
  • He follows up concerns on behalf and as the Chancellor demands.
  • He ensures the smooth functioning of the office; makes Provision of effective Central Records Systems for the Chancellor; Manages the Chancellor’s copyright and privacy obligations; Oversees the Chancellor’s web pages in respect of the Secretariat; prepares the chancellor’s report for the Board of Trustees, Council Meetings, and as demanded by the Chancellor.
  • He follows up minutes and resolutions of the meetings where the Chancellor is present and other tasks as prescribed by the Chancellor. In all, he follows up the Chancellor’s activities.
