The secretary to the Chancellor provides professional secretariat and governance support to the Chancellor.
He follows up concerns on behalf and as the Chancellor demands.
He ensures the smooth functioning of the office; makes Provision of effective Central Records Systems for the Chancellor; Manages the Chancellor’s copyright and privacy obligations; Oversees the Chancellor’s web pages in respect of the Secretariat; prepares the chancellor’s report for the Board of Trustees, Council Meetings, and as demanded by the Chancellor.
He follows up minutes and resolutions of the meetings where the Chancellor is present and other tasks as prescribed by the Chancellor. In all, he follows up the Chancellor’s activities.
