Policies and Procedures


Students must pay at least 75% of the total fee before registration of first semester courses and most complete their fee before registration of second semester courses.

Students on Scholarship must present a letter from the Office of the provost indicating the terms and condition of their scholarship prior to their registration process.

Students who do not register on or before the registration deadline (2 weeks after the start of semester) shall pay a late registration fee of 5000FCFA.

Course Registration

Upon presentation of a stamped receipt from the finance division, Students are given login codes and password to access the online course registration system.

Students consult and concert with their departmental Dean, Vice-Dean on the courses to take each semester.

Three copies of the form A2 are to be submitted to the school on or before the registration deadline (2 weeks after the start of semester).

Student makes sure he receives one stamped copy of this form.

Industrial Placement and Internships

Students should write a request for a Letter of Recommendation to the Dean of the School accompanied with proof of complete fee. Only students with complete fee shall be given a recommendation letter.


For the 2015/2016 academic year, the school of IT plans on focusing on projects related to Intelligent Mobile Networks and Virtualisation and Multimedia Applications based on Mobile Cloud Computing.
